Known for its slighty acid taste, typical of this indigenous grape variety : Barbera. Rich and structured red wine, with light acid flavour, due to the limestone land, rich in sediments and fossils.

Ideal with pasta dishes, especially agnolotti or bolognese lasagna, red meats and cheeses.

Monferrato Dolcetto Doc

Known for its softness and limited acidity, it can be drunk as a young wine or after a short aging.

Produced from old plants’ grapes of a very sandy soil. This wine pairs well with all dishes types, but especially appetizers, pasta or risotto dishes and fresh cheeses.

Grignolino d'Asti Doc

Grape variety: 50% Barbera 50% Bonarda
Ageing: steel tank

Its intense ruby color is the result of the late grape harvest of Barbera and Croatina, and of a long fermentation which ease tannins extraction.

Especially soft on the palate but with an intense taste, it is ideal with all types of dishes.
